Revitalizing an older home with a modern living and kitchen extension, complemented by a full refurbishment of existing bedrooms and bathrooms for a seamless indoor/outdoor flow.

Being an older home, the layout of this home was no longer suitable for our clients who had a growing family and the need for a better living and kitchen area with an indoor/outdoor flow. This led to the design of a new Living and kitchen area extension on to the old home, with a full refurb of the existing bedrooms and bathrooms to bring the home into the modern age.

“As a designer it has been a pleasure working alongside the team at JRA to deliver bespoke residential construction work to our clients. They understand quality in both design and build from start of project to finish. I would highly recommend them for any new build or renovation work.”
