A thoughtfully designed residence at Jack's Point, Queenstown, featuring stunning views of the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu, with innovative design elements for privacy, functionality, and comfort.
The White House is located at Jack's Point, Queenstown. The site borders a Reserve, with views of the Remarkable Mountain range, the Lake Wakatipu, and Coronet Peak.
The design was carefully thought out and positioned to capture full all day sun and views, while maintaining privacy from neighbours.
Clever design details include a roof deck over the garage to access lake views among the 360 degree views, with the access stair doubling as firewood storage. There's also a loft for children, en suite bath with Remarkables mountain views, recessed curtain rails, wood box cabinetry drawers, a hidden heat transfer system and air conditioning.
