Iconic mixed use development in Box Hill comprising a luxury boutique hotel, restaurants/cafes, offices, and two residential apartment towers of 202 and 311 apartments respectively, with a high level of tenant amenities, including recreation spaces, heated rooftop pool, gardens and function rooms – all set off by featured artwork by local artist Zhong Chen.

The design includes a commitment to responsible sustainability, incorporating ESD initiatives resulting in an energy rating greater than 6 stars for all apartments and a 4-star design for the overall development.
