Recently completed, this stunning private residence in the Manawatu has installed the new WISE Wood collection throughout and the owners are delighted. The design brief was a timber effect, but something that was warm underfoot, quiet and resilient to the normal wear and tear of life at home – a big ask. The new WISE product range appealed with the many benefits and features it offered, and now installed the outcome is impressive. Most notable is the silence underfoot and sound reducing effects in the large open spaces throughout the home – the natural absorbency of cork is impressive and can be really felt in this home.  Coupled with the sound reducing quality, is the comfort and warmth from the multiple layers of cork in the WISE product.  Being 100% waterproof, the owners can rest easy that any spills, leaks or floods will not adversely effect this floor making it the ultimate floor of the future for any discerning homeowner.
