Wood Fired Pizza Oven My-Fuoco

The wood fired pizza oven My-Fuoco is the perfect oven for real wood fired pizza lovers.

The tunnel shaped dome in stainless steel and the baffle inside the dome assure faster and more direct heat reflection back to 
the cooking floor and that is where the heat needs to be for pizza baking. To cook a pizza to perfection 
you need a constant oven floor temperature of around 350’C to allow for your pizza to cook in 2 to 3 minutes. My-Fuoco’s oven dome is especially designed for this purpose with its baffle inside as it is all 
about heat reflection at the short moment of cooking. And the double insulated oven floor makes sure the heat stays in the floor instead of loosing it underneath the oven.

And of course your can cook lovely roasts, chicken, 
vegetables, bread and more as well in this pizza oven.

The wider oven door of 60cm makes it easier to handle the pizzas inside the pizza oven.

This great and versatile wood fired oven is made of 304 stainless steel. The outer oven dome shell is in stainless steel and finished with textured powder coating in copper or charcoal colour. The inner part of the oven is stainless steel as well and in between the 2 shells is a double layer of ceramic blanket insulation. The double walled front panel is insulated as well. The design allows for much quicker heat up times: around 20 minutes as opposed to at least one hour for brick ovens. Of course this also means that the oven will not hold the heat for as long as our refractory brick wood fired ovens My-Chef, but because of it’s special design and insulation My-Fuoco will only need a few small logs of wood at the time to keep it going. It is very economic in wood use. It also features an innovative stainless steel baffle inside for greater heat efficiency as the heat won’t get out of the chimney straight away, and also ensuring cleaner air emissions. And the oven floor is insulated with 40mm high density ceramic fibre board with refractory tiles on top which also adds to optimum heat retention.

The oven door is in insulated stainless steel with thermo viewing glass.

The oven trolley that comes with the oven is in textured powder coated steel in copper or charcoal colour matching the oven. It has a rack underneath for wood storage and 2 removable side boards. And to move it around to the area where you want to cook it has 4 castor wheels of which 2 with brakes.

A handy fire separator in stainless steel comes included with the oven.

My-Fuoco is the bigger version of My-Fiamma and thus ideal for the larger family or bigger entertainer. Also an ideal oven for catering: the perfect size, commercial grade insulation and great ease of use.
