They are often made of stainless steel and present the lightest option of the three. They come on a trolley with wheels for easy moving around the patio. The advantage of a portable pizza oven is that it doesn’t have to be left behind in case of moving or selling the property.

Outdoor Ovens Safety

Using woodfired ovens must be done in compliance with several rules and regulations, brought to ensure that the stove doesn’t pose a risk to people and properties. The fire must not be started within three metres of any part of a building, hedge, shelterbelt or any other combustible material. In case the fire still gets out of control, there must exist a suitable way, such as a water hose, to extinguish the within five metres perimeter.
