Working with a repeat client we managed the development of this former house on the edge of Cambridge into a new single storey office block for a local business. The existing house on a 1,000sqm site was adjacent to a new childcare centre previously completed by Construction Advantage (see below). CAL were employed to manage the design, consent and construction of a new single storey office building of 450m2 on the site. This project was constructed over a 4 month programme. 

Working closely with the end occupier, the internal area was designed to be flexible to allow for an area to be sub-let.

A significant amount of other development is underway in this area – new childcare building next door, new medical/commercial precinct opposite and residential subdivisions underway on both sides of the street. New commercial centre (retail and offices above) planned for either side of childcare too (commencing this year)
