2 Devonport Road, Tauranga
2 Devonport has been designed to respond to its stunning site, sitting alongside the harbour and Tauranga CBD. The building makes reference to the water, corner streets and the surrounding built and unbuilt environment. The architecture is light and transparent with a humanistic choice of materials and finishes mindful of its context. This consistency of narrative can be experienced in both the exterior and interior of the building.
Nine beautiful apartments have been designed to be the crown of this high quality mixed use building. They combine a thoughtful “through” layout with wonderful views of the harbour and the city. Luxurious fittings and surfaces throughout, easy circulation to lobbies and carpark, security, privacy and acoustics are all integral with the design to support the lifestyle of its occupants. 2 Devonport Road will raise the bar for Tauranga.
