A ‘truck and trailer’ design concept separates the office and warehouse volumes, while strategic site planning conceals bulk storage and car parking behind landscaped earth banks, enhancing the streetscape.

Designed for long-term durability and operational efficiency, the facility accommodates high-volume storage with 12m racking, seamless B-train truck access, and a fibre-reinforced warehouse slab for forklift operations. Low-maintenance materials, including prefinished Equitone cladding and Abodo Vulcan timber accents, provide a balance of resilience and warmth. Future-proofing elements such as provisions for solar panels and integrated lighting solutions reinforce the project’s forward-thinking approach.
