44 Millbrook Road is terraced housing development comprising 57 new residential units.
The built form features ten separate blocks arranged in a terraced layout, varying in height from three to four stories and offering a mix of two to four-bedroom units. Approximately half of the development was allocated under the KiwiBuild programme, with the remaining blocks sold to the open market.
Significant earthworks were undertaken, including 2,796m3 of cut and 2,337m3 of fill across the 7,747m2 site area.
The Resource Consent and subdivision were completed in stages to allow for progressive settlements as blocks were finished.
Construction was carried out under a construction management model with the developer acting as the main contractor and PJM Project Management providing project and construction management resources to deliver the project.
