PJM Project Management was appointed by the body corporate as their client-side project management representative.
The project primarily encompassed the remediation of existing roofs, recladding of the front and rear facades, repairs to the existing waterproofing systems, and external decks.

Stakeholder Management: Acting as the main liaison among the body corporate, contractor, design consultants, and stakeholders. Delivering weekly updates and monthly PCG Reports.

Risk Management: Establishing a project risk register and collaborating with the project team on mitigation strategies.
Time Management: Master project preparation and regular monitoring for compliance with milestone deliverables.
Construction Monitoring: Checking project compliance with design, quality standards, and key milestones.
Change Management: Managing the impact and extent of project scope, programme, and budget changes on behalf of the body corporate.
