Iorns St, Masterton - Community Housing

Iron St is a master-planned community designed around a traditional cul-de-sac, with shared communal areas fostering a sense of safety, community, and closeness among families.
Purchased in partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, the project was delivered by Emerge Aotearoa Housing Trust and built by Jennian Homes.
The new development included eight one-bedroom units, ten two-bedroom homes and four three-bedroom houses.
Several single level units are designed with accessible kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces. All homes have courtyards and heat pumps.
PJM provided client-side project management on behalf of Emerge Aotearoa, ensuring the project delivery to their specification, time and quality requirements.
The blessing by Rangitāne o Wairarapa to celebrate the completion of these homes was attended by the Masterton District Mayor Lyn Patterson.
