900 Ann Street: A Modern Commercial Landmark

Located in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, 900 Ann Street is a premium-grade office tower that has become the headquarters for leading companies Aurizon and WSP Queensland. The 15-story building boasts a 5-star NABERS and Green Star rating and offers a range of amenities including open-plan workspaces, conference rooms, a communal mezzanine, outdoor terraces, and ample parking.

Designed by John Wardle Architects, the building harmoniously integrates with the historic Fortitude Valley precinct. A pedestrian walkway connects the tower to the adjacent church, while the ground floor lobby features a verdant space sheltered by a glass canopy. The building’s distinctive façade, characterized by intersecting lines and geometric shapes, creates a striking urban presence. Hassell Architects contributed to the interior design, crafting sophisticated and functional workspaces.

Hutchinson Builders, the project’s main contractor, engaged Scooter Commercial to execute the complex construction process. Studco Queensland provided essential building systems and engineering solutions to support the project's ambitious design. Our team worked closely with the project stakeholders to deliver custom-engineered solutions, including innovative framing systems for the building's façade, atrium, and interior spaces.
