The aim of this renovation was a social kitchen and dining area as well as a refreshed laundry. Renovation Partner Lia Boersma worked closely with these Wellington homeowners to breathe new life into the home.
The kitchen and dining room have been given a fresh coat of white paint. The subway-tiled splashback and crisp white cabinetry contrast beautifully with the Coral Beach Rosewood hard flooring, while a hanging pendant light brings warmth to the dining room. Also a feature in the laundry, subway tiling above the sink adds class to the space. Sociable, modern, and functional, this renovation ticked every box.
