A stunning Scandinavian-style kitchen renovation in Karori, featuring an open-plan layout, charming honeycomb accents, and revitalized Matai flooring, expertly delivered by Renovation Partner Lia Boersma from Refresh Renovations.
These Karori homeowners requested a true Scandinavian makeover for their kitchen: practical and stylish. Renovation Partner Lia Boersma delivered a People’s Choice Award-winning renovation.
Reconfiguring the layout was necessary to achieve the desired open-plan living. Swapping the master bedroom with the lounge allowed the living spaces to flow together and privacy for the master.
A charming honeycomb splashback is accented by shelves of the same shape in the lounge. Matai flooring, salvaged from the demolition, reclaimed its stake in the living areas with restored vigour providing warmth to the space.
