This was a full makeover for this 4 bedroom 1950 bungalow.

New double glazed and thermally broken aluminium windows to new and existing locations. Striping, insulating, and relining exterior and interior walls. Opening up and relocating of internal walls to suit modern living. New stairwell to link upstairs and downstairs. New cantilevered deck and glass handrails to enjoy the stunning views. Roof was replaced from concrete tile to a light colour steel roof with skylights to completely lighten up the whole upstairs. Once completed there will be off-street parking and new entrance stairs to finish this project.
