- New double glazed and thermally broken aluminium windows to new and existing locations.
- Striping, insulating, and relining exterior and interior walls.
- Opening up and relocating of internal walls to suit modern living.
- New stairwell to link upstairs and downstairs.
- New cantilevered deck and glass handrails to enjoy the stunning views.
- Roof was replaced from concrete tile to a light colour steel roof with skylights to completely lighten up the whole upstairs.
- Once completed there will be off-street parking and new entrance stairs to finish this project.
