Roof Replacement - Rosenheath

Paul and the team at Class E Build Ltd recently replaced our 45-year old flat iron roof with a brand new Colorsteel one, as well as extending one of our bedrooms. Given that building regulations are very different now compared to the late 1960s, Paul and the team had to do a lot of extra preparation work, particularly to meet the minimum pitch requirements for our new roof.

- Alteration to bedroom to enclose an existing deck including new window.
- New colorsteel spouting.
- Re-pitch the roof to suit manufacturer’s specification for warranties.
