Thoughtfully designed alterations and extension to a Victorian semi-detached home, featuring enhanced living spaces and two new bedrooms with ensuites, while preserving the architectural integrity of the original structure.

Completed in May 2014, the alterations and extension to this Victorian-era semi-detached updated the existing ground floor living room, bathroom and laundry adding two bedrooms with ensuites to the upper floor. The new upper floor was located to the rear of the building and independent of the original roof to preserve the architectural character of the home and its matching neighbour. Operable sunshades protect the upper floor rooms from heat, scoop in prevailing breezes and provide privacy from adjoining neighbours.
