Architectural Extension

This Architectural extension was an exciting project for our team to be involved in.  Showcasing our craftmanship and attention to detail that we are very proud of.  At the beginning of the project we were given an artist’s impression of the build and we feel the finished project reflects this well.

Good communication between the Owner, Draftperson, Architect, Builder and Subcontractors was the key element in the build being successful.

As you will see from the photos the kitchen was the major focus, being a large homestead style kitchen, large enough to entertain numbers, inslab heating along with the Bluestone Product used on the floor and walls and also on the exterior, a very hardwearing practical product, and made locally.  Timaru Brick on the Exterior to match in with the existing homestead, modern style thermally broken argon filled aluminium joinery for substainability which also ties in perfectly with the existing homestead, and the use of cedar timber, which gives the home such a warm feel.
