This large home, was built in Twizel with amazing views from all angles on the site, which when working with the client through the planning stages, was the main aspect our clients wanted to capture. This meant specific detail went into the way the window and door openings were placed into this project, to capture all the views around them, which this home does exactly that. With the uses of particular colours and types of cladding sits so well in with the landscape.

“We have recently had the pleasure of working with Dan and Kaylene as they managed the build of our new house, of which we are really proud. Right from the start we have found Dan and his team willing and able to help in providing solutions to the requests we made. This meant the whole process became streamlined which allowed for the job to be finished on time and within that allocated budget. When weather intervened in the process there was always team members who were willing and able to do the “catch up” with no decrease in the workmanship and the attention to detail that the build required. For those that are looking for a qualified building practitioner, who is competent, qualified, efficient and effective we would recommend Nolan Building Ltd”
