By PJM Project Management
PJM provided project management services to deliver the nationwide roll-out of 5 new regional banking centre fitouts in Christchurch, Taranaki, Whangarei, Hamilton, and Timaru. The regional centres range between 500m2-1600m2 and completed between 2017-2020.
Consulting to 4WoRK, PJM provided lead project management services and was responsible for the overall project delivery including design management, procurement, budget, programme, consenting and construction observation.
The workspaces were planned around regional aspects and landmarks, while conforming to ASB’s brand identity, vision, and values.
PJM worked closely with existing ASB service providers and regional contractors to provide a single source of delivery responsibility for a National Programme of Works.
Since 2016, PJM has regularly delivered projects for ASB, with other notable projects including the Albany C:Drive Agile Technology fitout (8,500m2), lease exit, minor refurbishment projects, and the Ormiston Town Centre Branch.
