PJM led the design and construction of a timeless, high-quality family home near Mt Eden Village. Designed as a modern bungalow, the home complements the local landscape while prioritising sustainability and functionality.
PJM was involved from the outset, applying a fast-track design, procurement, and construction methodology to ensure the project was delivered on time and within budget. Value engineering was integral, aligning the design and construction with the client’s vision while maintaining cost efficiency.
Sustainability was a key focus, with eco-friendly material selection, the design maximised natural light and ventilation to reduce reliance on artificial systems, while energy-efficient appliances and smart lighting further enhanced energy savings.
The 340m² home features an open-plan living area that connects seamlessly to outdoor spaces through large windows and doors, creating a bright and airy environment.
