A large format office, warehousing, cool store & distribution centre for Bidvest's ever-expanding portfolio. With 17m high stud, cool stores, chillers and ELA, this will be Bidvest's flagship distribution centre. Including a large temperature controlled distribution centre complete with offices and yard areas. The construction of this building included a traditional distribution centre format, consisting of; concrete floor slabs, precast tilt slabs, structural steel frame, PIR panels, and profiled metal cladding and roofing. This project was completed on time and further cemented our growing relationship as Bidvest’s contractor of choice and Q Constructions ability to deliver projects nationwide. Due to tight precast timelines, Q poured & tilted 50% of the panels, mainly the larger panels up to 17m in length.
