Located within the beautiful Tawharanui Peninsula, the site is directly north facing and overlooks the Matakana harbour entrance. The proposal relocated the building platform to the lower portion of the site to allow a single level dwelling to be constructed with a sheltered courtyard and direct northern flow onto the large lawn and native bush below. The House plan is a large L shape with a freestanding garage creating an entrance between the two structure.  The new driveway will sweep down the site to a large parking bay.
