Ideal for the family who wanted a home that seamlessly combined luxury with practicality. The unique interiors include exquisite finishes such as blonde timber floors, a limestone fireplace, black metal doors, oak cabinetry, Carrara marble accents, and dove grey linen sheers that flank the expansive living room design.

Step into the living areas, with a personalised colour scheme designed to mirror the hues of the beach, with bursts of turquoise, mint, and royal blue velvet. Custom furniture pieces sourced by Susie Miles and crafted by local Australian interior designer brands bring character into the living spaces, including a striking custom designed cluster of handblown glass pendants featured in the dining area.
