Originally purchased in 2013 this house was a little 190 sqm home built in 1958. It had 3 bedrooms and a tiny little kitchen and an outside laundry room. The alteration was designed by the locally renowned architectural designer, Pete Pask of Vertical Limit.
Completed finally in 2018, it is now 410 sqm with 5 bedrooms, an integral garage and 12m pool, it is an example of how good design and understanding of functionality can make a modern home blend seamlessly with the older building.
