PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This pair of contemporary two storey side by side Brunswick Townhouses were designed to achieve a high level of amenity and flexibility within a small footprint on a site of only 350m2. Externally the architecture is striking with a unique folded upper floor cladding design but achieved using weatherboard – a material commonly seen in the local area. Together with Recycled A grade red bricks and feature timber cladding, the houses feel welcoming and aim to positively contribute to the streetscape and neighbourhood.
