Life Fitness presents the prestigious project, Christ's College - Upper West Fitness Centre, completed in early 2024. This contemporary fitness centre is has been specifically designed for strength and conditioning with the utmost precision to cater to team trainings and fitness classes.
The gym boasts specialist Pavigym Endurance S&S 22mm weight lifting flooring throughout, allowing weights to be dropped without any concern, alongside a Pavigym custom turf sprint track for optimal performance.
Christ's College has chosen Hammer Strength products for this project, renowned for their versatility and durability in athletic training. The fitness centre features top-of-the-line equipment such as the Axiom Dual Adjustable Pulley, Hammer Strength Perimeter Racks, and Hammer Strength Adjustable Benches, ensuring a premium fitness experience for all users.
Additionally, a dedicated erg room with bikes and rowing machines is set up for team trainings, making Christ's College a hub for fitness excellence and an optimum training space for all sporting codes.
