This job involved a full outdoor renovation centred around the creation of a new pool. The client felt the existing hardscape was dated so came Team Goom to create a fresh, modern outdoor setting. The architecturally designed home is tight on space but this wasn’t to impede on the client’s keenness for outdoor entertaining. Our approach was simple – compliment the crisp clean lines of the interior and exterior of the house by bringing them out into the landscape. It was important to our client that we created a ‘wow’ factor in the landscape design in the form of water. This was achieved by bringing the water right up to lap at the sides of the house ensuring it became the main focal point from both inside and outside of the home. As can be seen, by the photos this job is a study of precision – with so many strong lines there is absolutely no room for misalignment.
