Coorparoo Residence

Set within the leafy surrounds of Coorparoo, this thoughtfully renovated character home balances heritage charm with contemporary family living. The original brick façade transitions into a light-filled modern extension, where expansive sliding glass doors open entirely to the outdoors, inviting natural light and breezes deep into the home. Designed in collaboration with the client and builder, Polina Radchenko curated a warm and refined interior palette through carefully selected furnishings, lighting, window coverings and artwork. Natural textures, soft tonal layering and open-plan living spaces create a calm and welcoming atmosphere that feels both elevated and effortless. The Tenn Pendant in American Oak complements the home’s warm material palette, bringing softness and understated warmth to the central living spaces.
