Cordis Hotel Auckland: A 17-storey extension featuring a total clad curtainwall solution, unique Tawa wood grain soffit, and embossed powdercoated aluminium, enhancing the existing hotel with modern design and durability.
The new 17 storey Cordis Hotel tower is an extension to the existing hotel in the Auckland CBD. It is one of the largest hotel refurbishments in New Zealand. Thermosash delivered a total clad curtainwall solution, also installed is a unique feature soffit with Tawa wood grain powdercoat finish and incorporated LED lighting to the entrance of the Hotel, and to the main tower a special embossed powdercoated aluminium which compliments the facade of the original section of the hotel.
