The metal folding undertaken by Thermosash includes galvanized back pans for our curtain and panel wall suites, engineered panels from solid aluminium sheet, Zinc, Stainless steel and Aluminium (prepared for finishing in powdercoat or anodised).
Our metal folding / pressing / punching and finishing work is often used to replace other materials on a project and aid in minimizing weight to the building façade. A significant advantage of incorporating Thermosash architectural pressings into your project is that they are integrated with the facade system - we undertake the engineering and shop drawings to ensure everything works together with the curtain wall, thereby offering a bespoke facade solution which eliminates the need for a separate trade 'clip on'.
