Relocating from Auckland and although work was in Thames, this house and land package in Ngatea appealed and offered this family a small rural community feel, great schooling for their children and a short commute to work. 

The option to build a new home they could put their stamp on with the a black and white look they loved was a dream come true. Part of their wish list was to upgrade to a sharp white brick with contrasting black joinery, black downpipes, roof, garage and front door that set the tone that carried through to the interior.
