Relocating from Auckland and although work was in Thames, this house and land package in Ngatea appealed and offered this family a small rural community feel, great schooling for their children and a short commute to work. 

The option to build a new home they could put their stamp on with the a black and white look they loved was a dream come true. Part of their wish list was to upgrade to a sharp white brick with contrasting black joinery, black downpipes, roof, garage and front door that set the tone that carried through to the interior. 

A polished concrete floor was also top of their list for their family, dining, kitchen area and bathrooms. And carpet was the flooring chosen for the media room and four bedrooms.

With the continuing theme of white, the white walls, kitchen and bathrooms gave this home a sharp, fresh blank canvas that they wanted.

This home offered a lot of value and proved to be an impressive home for the investment in the 1st stage of this new Ngatea subdivision.
