Located on the main strip of Bondi Beach the first in-house brewery/bar and eatery has been completed.
Working alongside local Architects ACME, Calida completed the refurbishment of the existing two tenancy ground floor consolidating it into one mixed use venue. Works within the tenancy included early works excavation, piling for all new in-round plant and services and concrete and steel structural works. The fit-out included all new services, finishes and fittings for the newly constructed kitchen, bar, dining area and outdoor seating.
The main show piece of the fit-out included the installation of the new 17 tank working brewery and associated services, the first of its kind in the Bondi Area. Calida worked closely with ACME, Curly Lewis Brewing Co and Franks Eatery to ensure an end user experience that both reflected the history of the Client companies as well as the local area influence.
