This exciting new Taupo showhome is Design Builders’ modern take on classic New Zealand country house style. The expertly designed floor plan makes the most of spectacular views across the lake and beyond to Mt Tauhara.
Carefully positioned to maximise sun, the covered outdoor areas, on the east and north, extend the living space into the outdoors. There’s a separate guest or children’s wing, away from the Master suite. Bathrooms are designed for easy use with ensuite access for guests. Among the other superb features are raking ceilings, a high-pitch roof line, and two built-in wood burners. Weatherboard cladding and stone enhance the luxury lakeside lodge feel.
