This large 680 square metre family home features a theatre/movie room, triple car garaging and a swimming pool. The materials included a combination of polished blocks, plaster and cedar. With high ceilings, wide overhangs and complex roof forms, this build required excellent workmanship and detailing.

The client was living on site throughout the build. The LM Architectural Builders team successfully completed the build without causing too much disruption on family life.

The result is a beautiful family home with indoor/outdoor flow and plenty of space to entertain.
