The brief for this villa renovation was to create a beautiful indoor-outdoor living space and let light into the house while retaining some of the elegant original features.

The façade of the house remains classic Grey Lynn villa, giving little clue of the modern living space and pool in the private area behind the house. The back wall opens out with dynamic architectural lines to a wide deck space and pool area perfect for entertaining or long summer evenings at home.
