A stunning Hahei Beach House designed to enhance privacy and views, featuring floating roof structures and unique black finger-like foundations inspired by the ancient Pohutukawa tree on the property.
Designed to maximise the site, privacy and views. Each roof provides a deck opportunity and gives the illusion of a series of boxes floating in the landscape. The random ‘black finger-like’ support foundations were designed to reference an ancient Pohutukawa tree occupying the lower portion of the property.
