Stage Two of a multi-unit industrial complex at Hamilton Airport. Each unit being two levels, designed with a level one workshop and upper mezzanine office layout. All of the units have tilt panel exterior walls and achieved intertenancy fire rating so that each unit can be unit titled. Stage One was completed in 2019 and all six units were sold.
Built by Construction Advantage and structural and civil by Gray Consulting Engineers.
