HPA Taren Point commercial gave us the opportunity to reinterpret real estate workplace design and conceive an innovative space for real estate marketing. Our initial inspiration came from the idea of bringing the city to the “shire”. Being situated south of Sydney’s main CBD much of the local community commute to work by train.
The grid-like design of Sydney’s train network became the outline for an intricate, industrial-style custom lighting installation. The architectural interior elements are influenced by the building’s industrial surroundings. This is then juxtaposed by the luxurious furnishings and joinery features, resulting in an edgy, unexpected corporate space.
