A stunning coastal new build in Te Uku, featuring breathtaking views, a harmonious blend of materials, and a design that celebrates its natural surroundings, creating an idyllic sanctuary for its homeowners.
This stunning coastal new build is organically nestled between the rolling hills of Te Uku, Raglan. Spectacular views of the windmills are framed by the large picture windows in the main living area.
The design is simple but striking, utilising Abodo Tundra vertical cladding with Titania Colorsteel iron. Polished concrete floors flow through the entry to the living areas, contrasting against the Abodo interior feature wall and the other timber elements incorporated in the kitchen and living room cabinetry.
Playful tile choices in the kitchen and bathrooms contrast well with the light and bright colour palette and stainless-steel finishes.
This home celebrates the wonder of its environment and creates an idyllic sanctuary for its homeowners.
