Standing within the kitchen, views extend to the blush pink scullery beyond. The carefully curated colour palette creates distinct yet complementary spaces that are both functional and playful.
The floor plan demonstrates how Home Sweet Home has been carefully planned around contemporary family living. Open-plan spaces connect seamlessly to the outdoors, while thoughtfully positioned service areas, bespoke joinery and intimate retreats create a home that is both highly functional and full of personality. From the blue built-in sideboard, the dining space leads naturally towards the green kitchen. Open-plan living and carefully framed views reinforce the connection between each area of the home.
The sunken lounge provides a cosy retreat within the open-plan living area. Built-in seating overlooks the covered outdoor dining terrace, where dappled light filters through to create a calm and inviting atmosphere.
Viewed from the garden, the sunken lounge is framed by expansive glazing. Black steel shelving and sculptural pendant lights become striking interior features, blurring the boundary between inside and out.
The entrance foyer introduces the home's playful material palette. Green geometric floor tiles lead towards the staircase, creating a memorable arrival sequence filled with colour, texture and light.
A detailed view of the kitchen highlights bespoke green cabinetry, black feature handles and handcrafted green wall tiles. A stainless steel benchtop provides a durable and refined working surface.
The blush pink scullery offers a vibrant yet practical workspace. Open shelving sits above a long opaque-glazed window, bringing soft natural light into the room while maintaining privacy.
Built-in seating transforms the lounge into a comfortable place for gathering and relaxing. A sculptural wall light and geometric floor tiles add personality and texture to the space.
Looking back towards the entrance, the green geometric floor tiles and recessed doormat establish a carefully detailed threshold that sets the tone for the interiors beyond.
The powder room combines classic panelling with playful contemporary details. A statement wall light and a distinctive yellow tap bring colour and character to this compact space.
Designed to adapt as children grow, this bedroom pairs a built in study desk with generous overhead shelving to create a practical space for learning, creativity and everyday organisation. The simple, timeless detailing ensures the room can evolve with its young occupant over the years.
From the sunken lounge, bespoke cabinetry and feature pendant lights define the living space. Carefully layered materials and built-in furniture create an intimate setting within the home's open-plan layout.
The street frontage of Home Sweet Home presents a contemporary interpretation of the classic gabled house. Clad in black corrugated metal with crisp aluminium joinery, the restrained material palette creates a confident yet understated presence within the neighbourhood.
