Kirra

KIRRA is a compact coastal build that proves scale is no limit to impact. Set just moments from the sand, this project explores clean lines, strong spatial flow, and a material palette grounded in simplicity and light.

The design centres around a striking architectural feature — a fixed-panel window that sits flush with the edge of the pool. From inside the kitchen, it creates the illusion of floating above water — a moment of stillness and surprise that anchors the home’s identity.

Pale timbers, soft whites, and warm stone textures create cohesion across living spaces, while open volumes and thoughtful glazing maximise both light and liveability. Every element in KIRRA is intentional, offering a balance of beachside ease and refined detail.
