Together, the three parties crafted a detailed brief that culminated in a stunning concept, brought to life through a dynamic BIMx 3D model, allowing clients to visualize their dream home.

After some minor adjustments, the builder provided a comprehensive ballpark estimate, ensuring the project stayed within budget. With the plan approved, full working drawings were completed, and a fixed-price quote was accepted. Over the course of the year-long project, the team navigated the post-COVID landscape of supply challenges and rising costs with exceptional skill.
