A beautifully styled modern home in Mangawhai, featuring a tree-lined outlook and a customized layout designed for optimal sunlight, combining the quality of Advance Build's prefabrication with the owner's unique aesthetic vision.
This modern home was based on the Vista 2 design, but customised to suit the owners requirements, such as the kitchen layout being flipped to soak up a sunny, tree-lined outlook. Being a creative designer with great aesthetic, having the flexibility to customise her home was a really important aspect for owner.
This home combines the quality of Advance builds prefabrication with her truly beautiful styling, to create something special and unique.
