Thoughtfully modernized renovation of a traditional Arts and Craft style villa, featuring an extended kitchen and master bedroom, complemented by period-appropriate brick cladding, bay window, and matching aluminium joinery.
Renovation to a traditional brick and shingle 2 story villa in the Arts and Craft Style.
The client wanted to modernise and extend the main kitchen and family area and also extend the master bedroom over. The finished extension is in keeping with the existing; with brick cladding and new bay window. New aluminium window joinery colour matched with old style black steel profile windows and previous clay roof tiles replaced with new. Copper spouting and bell bottom shingle wall cladding contributes to and reinforces the original aesthetic of the period home.
