“Hayley, you as Hallmark Homes have been absolutely brilliant to deal with. Really upfront with what is or isn’t possible, alternative options, communication, but the pricing from the get go has been transparent and visible and broken down (even if was only indicative). It was a lot more transparent than any other building companies from the onset that we had approached. Other companies when asked could not even verbally answer how we were tracking cost wise. We are really looking forward to allowing you to build our new home.”
