New Architectural Home

This home is tucked on to a very tight site and makes best use of the sunlight and urban views. It has been designed with many new green solutions such as smart heating and cooling with air recirculation, heated floors, hot water radiators and thermally broken joinery.

Even though the house is modest, the spaces are well thought out creating a sense of volume with high ceilings and open plan living. The cladding products are honed black masonry and cedar. These materials will age well in the years to come.
