Designed by a local architect, we built and manged the development of this striking Fijian villa – a Pacific island getaway.
Our New Zealand-based clients wanted a place to call home in Fiji with a turn-key result. We looked after every element of their build including the interior design, appliances, kitchen design, electrical and plumbing fittings, flooring, construction, pool design and build, landscaping design and installation.
The result was simply impressive – two luxurious bedrooms with adjoining ensuites, open plan living, dining and kitchen, plus a secondary guest wing boasting a bedroom and ensuite, double car garaging and an office – all engineered for category 5 cyclones.
Jungle paradise.
When it came to the exterior, our clients wanted a jungle-like feel. Bright and colourful bougainvillea now adorn the boundary fence, while on the inside various palms create a lush and relaxing tropical sanctuary.
