New Italian Villa
This new build took 12 months to complete, completely built out of solid masonry this house is built to last the test of time. The owner was recreating a look and feel of a previous house that they had lived in and loved the design and finishes of European living.
Positioned nicely to face the sun and surrounded by established gardens this home felt like it had always been there the day it was finished.
Extensive use of tiles and extravagance use of feature lighting throughout the house gave the house its period feel. The client loved the final product and felt right at home from the day she moved in.
